Attendance Tracking

Use player attendance tracking to help track who will be at your games and events.

When you use attendance tracking an email is sent to all players on your team asking them to indicate their availability for upcoming games and events. When players respond you can be notified of their response. You can also view player availability for any game or event from the schedule page.

After the initial request to players to indicate their availability is sent out, reminders will be automatically emailed five days before the game or event to any players that have yet to respond to the initial request.

In addition, you will also recieve an email summary of who can attend four days before the upcoming game or event.
