To add a widget to all pages on your home page (home page widgets are still treated differently), just go to website appearance -> widgets after logging in.

You will now see separate lists for home page widgets and other widgets.  You can add, reorder, configure, and delete other widgets.

Click on the link to add an other page widget, configure it, and you are done!

For teams this will send out a message to everyone.  For leagues and organizations it will only send the message to those teams and umpires that are taking part in the game.

The easiest way to send out notifications for multiple events or games at the same time is from the schedule screen.  Here you can select as many games or events as you want and then change the status on them all at the same time.

You can also send out notifications for an individual game or event change.

Setting a game or event as TBA is easy, just check the I don’t know the time of the game, display as TBA checkbox when adding or updating the event/game.

Anywhere the game or event is listed it will display as TBA.

Just click the change or reorder tracked stats link on the game or season stats page.

Drag the stat to where you want it to appear.

Now when entering stats they will be in the order you specified.

Some of the highlights include:

• Teams that already have an Atomic Leagues website can be connected to the league website and any information entered on the team website is automatically displayed on the league website.
• Teams that don’t want their own website can have a team account within the league that allows them to maintain a schedule, player information, coaches, game results, and a team page.
• Standings are updated immediately as teams report their game scores.
• Leagues are as customizable as teams.  Custom Pages, email and text messages, photos, and statistics are all available.
• The league schedule is automatically pushed down to team websites as game requests, eliminating the need for teams to enter league schedule information on their website.
• League websites are flexible and will meet the needs of any league.  You can start as simple as just including a schedule and standings or build out the league website to include a network of individual team websites.

League pricing is similar to teams in that there are three tiers, including basic, which is free.  You can view all pricing and feature information on the league plan and pricing page.

If your team is connected to a league site, the logo will appear on the teams page for the league.  Your team information will also be used when connected to other Atomic Leagues websites for displaying schedules and statistics.

You can add logos, set nicknames, and enter team abbreviations for the teams associated with your website under manage -> teams.

Simply upload the image when creating or updating your poll.

The image will display above the poll widget on your home page (hopefully your poll is a little more exciting than mine).

Website visitors can view a larger version of the image.

The image will also display on the poll summary page.

Previous Determination
Previously a calculation was being made based on the player who had played the maximum number of games for the season.  For each game that player played, two at-bats were needed to qualify for the leaders.  However, this was not obvious and confusing based on the questions I received.

How it is determined now
Now the calculation has been simplified to make it more understandable.  For the record book, season at-bats and innings minimums will continue to be used.

On the leaders page, for any season if five players or more qualify for the at-bats or innings minimum that minimum will be used.  If there are less than five players that qualify then everyone is considered to qualify.

Hopefully that simplifies how minimums are being calculated.  We may eventually go to a hybrid approach that takes into account the number of games played as well as the minimum but I’ll wait to see until I hear from teams to see what they think.

You can also add the win/loss page to your menu as a special page.

You can also send out invitations for an event to anyone who has registered for one of your previous events.  Having your second annual golf fundraiser?  Send out invitations to everyone that registered for your first fundraiser and increase your response rate and simplify the information your registrants have to enter again.

Sending out an invitation will generate an email to each previous registrant that contains a unique link to your new event, prefilling their basic information and allowing them to sign up quickly and easily.
